Last week, I purchased Haier 195 liters direct cool 5 star HRD-2155BS single door refrigerator from a dealer near my home. There was a cooling pad in the refrigerator. I did not know to use it. Last month, I shopped a Haier mobile phone from its website. A few days ago, some internal problem occurred in the mobile and it automatically got switched off. I called to the customer care number and registered a complaint. They said they will resolve the issue within two days. I checked my service status on the portal.
