A couple of days ago I had bought a headphone of BOSE, but within in two days one of the sides of the headphones got completely shut down there was no voice were coming through. I called the BOSE customer care and told about the problem, but they refused to admit my query because, in their opinion, the query wasn't included in term and condition. The true value of the investment, I had bought a home theater from BOSE a month ago. The sound system of the product is superior and there are no words to explain the video quality, it's just fantastic.
