Applied for my car insurance renewal in beginning of October2015, cover note soft copy received on 27-10-2015, policy still not received. It is more than 4 months back when payment was made by Cheque.

Soft/hard copy of insurance still not received through Landmark Insurance Pvt Ltd despite payment of Rs. 6646/- as premium in the first week of August and encashment thereof on 16 August, 2016. No reminder is working. They chase for check and disappear thereafter!

Hi, this is Lokesh Agrawal, I have asked PolicyBoss (Landmark Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd) executives for car insurance from The New India Assurance, for that I have given all the documents (RC, Cheque, the copy of last insurance) on 6-December-2017. But their executive (Shivali Katoch - 8448619169 and Vikas Verma - 8527999275 vikas.verma@policyboss.com) were not able to get me the policy till the end of today, and they are making false comments since last 3 days. and since yesterday they have stopped taking my all calls. As today is the last day for the insurance and I was not sure if they are working on my policy or not, I took the policy from Bajaj Alliance (Other Insurance). So I would like to request you please help me in getting my amount of Rs 5134/-. Also, I will request you please punish such fraudster, they are simply harassing the people.
