When I visited at the branch for my car insurance, then I found that the service of staff is very customer friendly. I completed all the formalities and then after two days I received a call from company customer care. They told me that your car insurance policy is completed and you can collect it from the branch.

The claim service of L and T insurance Company is very bad, because last month my father had an accident. The car was crashed by the accident then I called the customer care and fill all the queries as they told me. After filling all the formality, I did not received any call or claim amount from the company. Very bad services by L and T customer care center.
