Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to bring my concern into your knowledge. I purchased Datsun Go 01/03/2016 from your showroom, at that time your sales executives (Mr Aman and Mr Gurmeet) promised to provide free fog lamps. But I have not get any fog lights till now. Moreover, your sales team (Mr Aman) is not attending my calls at all. This behavior is totally very unprofessional, if there was no such offer at that time so your team should not have told me the same. Revert me back on this mail as soon as possible otherwise I will have to contact the company directly and report the same. Waiting for your response.
