AOC Services
AOC provides 36 months warranty for its LCD, LED Monitors, MTV and CRT Monitors from the retail sale and 39 months from the date of manufacturing. AOC authorized service center reserves the right of replaced and retain any parts noticed defect in products during the warranty period. AOC does not cover any warranty for external equipment’s such as remote control, batteries, base/stand, 3D glasses, clip-on glasses, Cables, etc. AOC warranty is not applicable if the original serial number of the product is removed and tampered, if the products is open attempted to be repaired by unauthorized personnel and damage raised due to normal wear, cosmetic damages like scratches on plastic, screen, bezel, color fading, and color changes etc.
