Har Ki Pauri

Considered as one of the most sacred ghats in India, it is said that it was built by Vikramaditya in memory of his brother Bhartrihari. The spectacular feature of this ghat is the performing of Maha Aarti in evening shouldn't give a miss. Many devotees gather here and the they chant hymns. Pilgrims take a holy deep in Ganga on the sacred occasionof Kumbh Mela. Gangeshwar temple one of the eminent temples of Haridwar is located near Har Ki Pauri.

Mansa Devi Temple

Manda Devi is an ancient temple and is dedicated to Mansa Devi. Located at Bilwa Parwat, it is accessible by foot or by a ropeway trolley. It is considered as one of the famous Siddha Peetha temples. It is belief that Mansa Devi has originated from the mind of Saint Kashyap and is considered as the wife of Nag King Vasuki.

Shanti Kunj This temple is the house of 24 images of Gayatri Mata. It is famous among the Gayatri devotees all over India. Shanti Kunj is also a famous Yoga Center.

Bahrat Mata Temple This temple is dedicated to Indian mythological and cultural history. It is large eight storey structure built in 1983 by Satyamitranand Giri. Each floor is dedicated to historical person, dietes, leaders and heroes who played vital role in Indian history. The first floor of the temple has a statue of Bharat Mata or Mother India with a map of India on raised platform. Fifth floors is also used as assembly hall.

Chandi Devi The temple was built in 1929 A.D. By the King of Kashmir Suchat Singh. It is located on the top of the Neel Parbat gives a splendid view of Haridwar. It is said that Adi Shankracharya established the main statue here in 8th century. It is accessible from 3 km path from the Chandi Ghat and from ropeway from the near Gauri Shankar Temple.
