A short distance from Kansal forest is located another reserve forest known as Nepli. Nepli is a bit wilder than Kansal. On two sides it is surrounded by small hills and the whole area is covered by thick forest which is full of wild life.

The greatest thrill of visiting this park is being able to stay right within it at the rest house. Armed with a pair of binoculars and water, get ready for a walk that could lead to close encounters with anything from antelopes to herd of neelgais and hares or even a jackal. Wake up a little early and drive 45kms from Chandigarh to reach the quite hills of Morni.
