Feeling cheated and disgusted with this service the lady who is handling this mishandled, misbehaved, cheated us and extremely rude and tricky. Never choose this service or you will be doomed. I am going to file complaint against them in consumer forum. They promised us to provide a room with personal bathroom, and sent me pictures of a very clean room, whereas the scenario was totally opposite when we reached, we got an unclean room with a common bathroom. We called the lady and she told if we would leave the room she would make full refund. We only took 45 minutes to find another room and left that lodge immediately. The lady said they would charge 300/ for those 45 minutes, even with that condition we agreed. After returning back, she continuously delayed, and on 28th January she even sent me an message in whatsapp that she had made the transaction via neft. I waited but never received any money and now she is denying to pay.
