Hi its, John from Pune and last year my big brother gifted me the Laptop. After working on this whole year, last week it show an notification that anti-virus is expired. Then i went to Symantec service center for install anti-virus they told me the Symantec anti-virus. After a long discussion i agreed and they installed into my laptop. Now the anti-virus started creating problem with laptop access, when it runs the laptop got hanged.
