I am very disappointed with the MSI services. These services are totally very bad. Before five months, I have bought an MSI motherboard for my computer. But it was not working properly. I have free time register the complaint in MSI Motherboard service center. But they have not solved the problem of my motherboard. 02 Jul 2015

Really, MSI service is very slow and bad. They are not providing good service to their customers. I am using an MSI laptop from last one year. Last month, my laptop battery creates some problem. MSI services are very bad. I am using MSI Laptop last one year. Stating it was working very well, but last week there was some window problem in my laptop. Then I have contacted the MSI Laptop Service Center. But they are no any response. So I am very disappointed with this service. 30 Jun 2015
