Ephraim Babu I bought a chargble fan from royal images. But it is not working properly and I want to return the Item, bit no body was feeling responsible. I tried toll free no of royal images. The Lady who lifted the phone said that all are busy in their offic, and they will call u back.but no body called me. 14 May 2013

The 24" bag was used for the first time and its wheels completely wore away and the side handle of the bag came off. I am most dissatisfied with the quality. I have not used the second bag yet but expect I will have the same problems as the product quality is poor. There is a one year warranty card but I have no idea where to take the bag. Option is consumer court because i have request many times from last 1.5 Months, if my problem not solved in the next 3 days. So I will have to go to the Consumer Court were compelled. I have all call recording of your customer care executive. Whatever has been said about the refund? That was all the time has come. Now give your money that you decide on time or would be through the courts. i am willing to both men rasto because I need my money back. Whether for that I had to go anywhere.
