Unprofessional, disregard for the customer, very bad finishing, this is what happened; we order a pair of chairs. Sent him a picture on WhatsApp and gave him proper dimensions. After around 15 days he calls us to say the chairs are ready. What he made was completely different from what we ordered. After a little altercation he agreed to make new chars. We had to buy more cloth for the same. He just modified those chairs to look like what we had ordered but the finishing was very bad. Both the chairs had a lot of difference and did not complement each other. We had to bear the loss. 04 Aug 2015
