I bought a new MSI Laptop last month. It was working well. Yesterday in hurry, i forgot to shut down the laptop i fold it, close it and remained it on my bed. In the evening, when i started it, it was not getting start. I tried many times to start it but all was in vain. So, i took it to the service center of MSI that was Akash Computer. The executive is saying that would be assembled again. But how can that happen? If that could be assembled then please help me to make its replacement in free because it is under the warranty of one year. 14 Jul 2015
