I bought Sony Bravia LED TV by the Amazon.in shopping website. The TV has warranty card that is good. As it was working well in its initial time but suddenly the display problem is there that shows a very cloudy picture. I called the Sony Bravia service center executive. He came and saw the problem. But instead of repairing this he went back and said that it cannot be repaired because it is not bought by the authorized store. What to do now? 14 Jul 2015

Dear Sony Bravia TV Executive,I have Sony Bravia LCD TV. Its Model Number is KLV-32S550A. When i connect it with Set top box, its picture does not show. It is showing a vertical line in its center. The Sony Bravia TV service center executive told me to contact with my TV operator it could be mistake in its set top box. But that is not the problem. 08 Jul 2015
