Last month, I bought a smart phone of Arise company model Bravo AG32 in black colour. It has reasonable price But whenever I am using two applications at one time. My mobile used to give me hang problem. I called to the Arise customer care number to rectify my problem. But they rejected to help me. I shopped an Arise mobile from its showroom in Mumbai city. It is stylish and its price is also reasonable. When I installed the internet configuration setting in mobile, it shows an error. Then I contacted to the customer care number. They provides me all the instructions that how to install it. Now I am enjoying internet connection without interruption. Last week, I shopped a mobile phone of Arise Company through online shopping. After five days, it stopped working. The phone's speaker volume is full but still when i call to someone their voice is not audible to me. Regarding this matter i called to the customer care and told them about the issues. I recently purchased a sandwich maker from the Arise online store. After using few times, sandwich maker stopped working properly. Then I contacted the Arise customer care center. They did not solve my problem. Customer representative told me to repair the sandwich maker on my own. It was one of the worst experiences for me. I recommend not buying Arise products. 15 Jun 2015
