Very worst service from BSNL, my internet is not working for the last ten days. I registered a complaint, but after two days one sms came stating "problem resolved". But problem was not resolved and I am unable to use the internet. Efforts to contact the office also failed. Nobody picked up the phone even though lots of numbers were available. Stupid service by BSNL govt. should wind up BSNL. 12 Feb 2016
