My residence is number 0832-2501932. Since the net is not working since 2-3 days I have been trying to call the office so as to enable to rectify the problem. I have been ringing 0832-2518076 to BSNL office which is situated at Mormugao Municipal Office and even other numbers as available on website. On one Phone they are just picking the call and keeping aside with no response. On another number they are not bothered to pick up the call. I would like to know from their Top officers whether the staff is in the office are just loitering around. Its disgusting. We are talking of new technologies and assuring giving good services. Day by day they are deteriorating from their services. This is the normal practice observed whenever one calls them. 22 Jun 2015

I HAVE BSNL LAND CONNECTION PH NO 0832 2521945.BUT THE BSNL HAS PROVIDED ME FAULTY AND OLD RECEIVER WITH THE CONNECTION SINCE THE TIME OF MY CONNECTION EVEN AFTER CHARGING ME THEIR ALL NECESSARY FEES... 01 Aug 2012

I have taken BBG FN Home 600 combo plus annual broadband plan for the period from November 2011 to October 2013. I have paid Rs 11912 for the plan on 19/10/11 D/N no W1061279 Presently I have received bill No 10177959090029 dated 4/11/2013 for Rs 14165 for renewal of said plan. I have no money to pay this amount and prefer paying monthly plan . My payments were by ecs . I want my future monthly payments by ecs only. Requesting for cancellation of the above bill and isuue monthly bill. As ecs date is fast approaching , Iwould request to do needful at an early date

My sim is blocked by me due to mobile mislacement. I got my mobile now but sim is not activate at kerala bcz it belongs to goa region. So plz activate it. 9405493628

Last one month we are not getting internet, broadband no. Is 0832-2532593 Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 1 Vasco, Goa but we are paying bill regularly.
