I am Brigadier Mahendra Kumar Garg, living at Lucknow Cantt at B-29, MVG Enclave.

My BSNL number is 2480088.
My broad band services are disrupted from 3 July 2017, when I first lodged complaint online. There were three phone calls from BSNL and without addressing the complaint it was reported resolved.

I again gave complaint through customer care twice, but no response.

During this week I called my signal support which made it functional for 2 days but it went off again and despite lodging complaint (Number 1038672108) there was no response.

I am really aggrieved on the service and response. I am sure I will be charged for whole month without even getting broad band services.

I hope you will look into the matter and resolve it at your earliest.
