Hello Sir/Madam. my name is Rajneesh Kumar. I have a bsnl router. I am using BSNl Internet through this router from last one year. But from last week, it is not working properly. After some time router automatically gets switched off. I visited to BSNL Customer Service Centers for check it. They told me that it would be replaced now. You will come tomorrow and get it. But one week has passed, but i have not got till now. Please needful soon. 24 Jun 2015
