You are absolutely correct. company MD Mr. Sivalingam is brother"s son of Mr.Abrirami Ramanathan.Not only the people will cheat customer and also employees. I was there for one and half year. He cheated me and many more employees. My humble request is do not work with them and

U r right guys. I am suffering now with this builders, that i have booked flat 1.5 years ago. Still they r getting goverment approval. They have money from me.If we ask they saying cooly, it will take another 2 years for completion.Totally we are upset. Nobody is there to help us? 31 Oct 2012

Worst Builder..Money minded builder. Easy they will cheat us, they are very expert in cheating. Initial builder floor plan and blocks will be differrent. Later they will change the floor plan and the number of blocks to get more profit. Please becareful. Myself and my friends suffered a lot. 31 Oct 2012
