Dear sir, I am pension account holder (account number 20089144178) PPO 09/97/B/S/00875/2003 in your bank at Nagpur, due to non-insertion of revised pension by your official w.e.f. 9/12 in digitalized system, (Refer circular number 501, table number 13) were drawing less after persuasion of bank official they corrected my pension but from that day to as on today neither did they deposited my arrears w.e.f. 9/12 nor as per circular number 548 revised arrears w.e.f. 1.1.2006 deposited. Hi Team, this is Dipti Rane. I have query regarding pension processing which is under on my Dad's name {Manohar Rane (Fort branch)}. He has account with bank of Maharashtra since last 40 years and before that he used to do some different signature and now he changes his signature for the same bank but for security reason he is not able update to update his pension life certificate form and problem is he is out of India right now can't manage to come here. So could you please suggest some other option to update his signature on documents and that he can manage from overseas it would be really helpful. Thanks Dipti Rane.

My name is Ashokkumar Madhav Chitnis and my pension Account is in Patherli-Dombivli Branch. A/C No. 20080232132.
The Arrears of Rs, 2,92,483/- for the period from Jan2006 has been credited to my account on07.9.2016. I have submitted a letter to the said branch on 24.8.2017 requesting to supply me the calculation sheet for the Income Tax purposes. However, today when I visited the branch they have the calculation sheet up to 2008. In view of this kindly do the needful to avoid the dispute with Income Tax authorities.

Dear Sir,
I undersigned is a central railway pensioner PPO No-Cr 10304110128. Earlier my pension account was at Jatharpeth, Akola branch. Now since last one year on my request my account got transferred to Hanuman Nagar, Nagpur branch. Iam receiving pension regularly.
Now my age is 85 years completed on 16th April 2017. Iam supposed to get increased pension amount which Iam not getting. When approached to Hanuman nagar branch, they are saying my documents have not received from earlier Jatharpeth, Akola or from Pune head office.
I request you to look into it and arrange to send my documents to Hanuman Nagar branch, Nagpur so that I will get increased pension amount as I cross 85 years of age.
I will appreciate you action and reply at the earliest.

I have temporary shifted to Thane and drawing pension from Nashik, as my home branch is Nashik. My 'Mahasecure' app has been suspended and cannot able to login to internet banking. I tried to talk to customercare, but not got any solution. Can you suggest me a solution to resolve my problem ? Being a oldaged pensioner, I am unable to go to my home branch without help of my family member. Thanks.
