I really had a bad experience dealing with Samsung and their service staffs. I do not want anyone to fall in trap. I had purchased a brand new Samsung split Air Conditioner (invertor technology) on 23.04.2016, Samsung Refrigerator number EFB248260119020417 for a total sum of Rs. 40,000. It began giving problem in the very initial stages after purchase as AC stopped providing cooling. I registered a complaint with Id: 3704751347 and reference number 421464735. The service engineer visited but unable to find the exact reason of the reported problem. The service centre technicians namely Mr Vinod, Mr Lucky, Mr Ashwani Verma, Mr Swapan and Mr Gurwinder who visited to attend the problem in the Air Conditioner could not detect the actual problem in spite of so many visits as detailed above. The only conclusion which could be drawn is that the Air Conditioner is a defective piece was delivered to me by their authorized dealer: Bansal Electronics, sector-11, Panchkula, Haryana. 02 Sep 2016
