Dear Sir/Madam,

few days ago I was in your shop on Ajmal Khan Road in New Delhi and I bought 3 anklet braclets as presents to my friends.
It was very nicely packed, as gift and I did not open it to check, as I believed everything is okay.

Yesterday I gave blue anklet braclet to my friend and imagine my surprise and disapointment when she opened it was only one and even that one was broken, it can not close.
I was very dissapointed because I felt your store was nice and fair and did not expect something like that.
In attachement I am sending you pictures.

I would like to claim refund.


Please let me know the procudure.
