I am also facing same problem with Rashmi gas agencies. Also the delivery person collects Rs.30 extra. If i ask the reason he tells that is delivery charge. Please look into the matter. 29 May 2013

This problem does not limit itself to Rashmi or Mahalakshmi Enterprises in Doopanahalli,Indiranagar. It seems to be the common problem of Bharat Gas Agency. Such poor quality customer care and concern. Needs serious improvement 17 Sep 2012

I have booked my cylinder on 10/04/12 at Rasmi Gas Agency. Still they have not delivered the cylider in my address. For every enquiry, the answer is 'today we will deliver'. Always the nos. are engaged and no proper answer at all. Please look into it 25 May 2012

i am also facing the same problem with rashmi gas agency.i tried to book the gas.they are not picking up the calls.even i went to agency to book the gas.they are speking with rude manner.please take the action againsit with that agency. 10 Apr 2012

The services offered by Rashmi gas agency at KR Puram is very poor. They have more than 6 telephone numbers which never work. Senior citizens like us are forced to visit the gas agency for booking. Pl look into this and correct them 09 Apr 2012
