Sir, I have issued with postpaid sim 9467266765 but is not activated till now.i contact to customer care they are telling it will take 03 months for activation plz do needful action.

phone stay always in mode of not working,after many times complaining,i dont know what bsnl people did ,when they come to solve the problem..,phone lastly work sor single one or 2 days. I want to drop this connection.PLZ.

Dear sir,
It is very frustrating to write something to you about your broadband service. My self Deepak Das and I am using BSNL broadband house no-620p sec-4 , Rewari, phone no -260740. During this lockdown period I know there is some issue with connection of broadband service. But when I am going to pay whole month's payment I am feeling very sad for that. Even though I am not using broadband half of the month but I bound to be pay every month.
I think there is regularly happened with government service provider. I was thought previously that govt service is better then private broadband service provider but I found that govt service is ready bad to choose for our services.
My broadband has been regularly connectivity problem from march 2020 . I had given so many complaints to broadband service but they are taking casual response. If you are not eligible to provide the solution then why you are playing with consumer money. Just say that BSNL can't provide customers solution. That's
