Hi, my name is Daulat Ram and I purchased a ZTE mobile from authorized dealer last year. Its two days warranty left and my mobile phone was switched off. I left this at the ZTE mobile phone service center. They told me that we are sending your mobile to another service center and it will take more than 4 days. You have only two days warranty. So we charge extra money to repair this. I am surprised to hear this. 09 Jul 2015

Hello Sir/Madam, I have bought a ZTE handset of CDMA. It is creating network problem from some days. I have also visited at ZTE Service Center. I submitted my phone at service center. Now 15 days has been passed, i have not received my phone back. Please do needful as soon as possible. Thanks
