Respected Sir/Madam, we have applied for fixed line connection in name of Mrs. Usha Manocha at 65/7, New Rohtak Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi 110005 and the connection number is 011 4701 6789. Wiring was done on 12th of September 2015. On the same date we come to know that some other number is allotted. Despite of my repeated request and reminders to Airtel customer you people turn deaf ears. Complaint number is 59525658 made on 12/09/2015. There after we come to know through customer care that the matter gets resolve. But again we are back to square one. Then again I made a complaint on 14th September 2015, complaint number 7022748483, in which we have been assured that the connection will be activated latest by 16th of September. We are being mentally harassed for the same. How many reminders and telephonic conversation has to be exchange for the activation of my connection number 011 4701 6789, awaiting for your prompt and positive response, thanking you, Harsh Manocha 9811300009.
