We have 7 Airtel mobile connections. Most of the time we do not have network coverage. This pathetic situation s in Pune City, one can imagine what would be the scenario in Rural areas. Do not even think of airtel. Hopeless service.Porting out. 08 May 2013

Landline 0120-4230023 and attached ADSL broadband not working satisfactorily since Nov2012.Almost Everyday we are registering complaint . No rectification action taken. NODAL OFFICER is also doing anything . Response from 121@in.airtel.com is same . 04 Jan 2013

Dear SirI have lost my mobile , subsequently SIM card inserted in the mobile was also lost .when i approached to nearer authorized distributor for allotment of duplicate SIM card , They charged Rs. 200 in place of Rs. 25 .
