I bought ever fresh Tears 10 ml pack as per your directions on the carton, I tried I could not get a drop from it, but I got blisters for turning the cap probably the spike is shorter in the new pack. I request you to rectify at your end else the reputation will be lost I am to mention. I visited your factory during my B Pharma Batch no BC-1695 manufacture date 06-2016 and expiry date is 05-2018. I visited your factory during 1965. 24 Oct 2016
