Kind attention Sri G Lokesh with reference to the above cited - subject, we would like to intimate vide that we are in requirement of additional Split AC for our head office i.e., in the reception area and the old AC which is already installed in the reception area to be shifted to next room. Regarding the same one person from your office visited our office and checked the feasibility and when we asked him about few queries he was wrong guiding us and he didn't even check our old AC whether it is 1 or 1.5 Ton AC and blindly telling us that it is 1 Ton where we purchased 1.5 Ton (4 Nos) from your end. Now whenever we call to your office we are receiving the information that the said work is not possible now for your team members has lot of work and will intimate us whenever they are free from other works. In view of the same I would like to state that we are absolutely not fulfilled with the services provided for the brand like Toshiba carrier. 31 Mar 2016
