Not satisfied from the service... The girl who's working their not listening to customers properly. They are always in a hurry. They are sayin go to godaun and gadaun person's are saying go to agency. Nothing is ok 04 Feb 2013

This is for your kind information that we are regular and old custmers of chouhan gas service vide consumer no. 16565 ( Nai Abadi , Geeta Nagar , H.No B-3/67 Hoshiarpur). last month we received a gas cylinder for domestic use but rubber of that gas cylinder is bit loose or having some problum with that so we are unable to use that cylinder and we want to change that cylinder. For this purpose my family asked the concerned delivery man to change the cylinder but that person refused and asked go and change from agency. Sir in my family my parents are in old age they dont have any conveyence i m doing private job so unable to go to agency. Kindly do the needful and asked the delivery man to change our gas cylinder. Thanks.
