I have taken 2 insurance policies of Citibank. The interest rate on both is 6.5%. The total period of both policies is 10 years. The customer service of the bank is too good. There have lots of investment plans. I had selected child plan and retirement plan. 18 Jun 2015

Citibank has not proved a good bank for me. Two years ago, I opened a new bank account to save my personal pocket money. I regularly deposit some amount in to my account every month. From the last six months, I got a message from the Bank that my account has been deducted 100 rupees. I have not withdrawn any balance. I am very disappointed with Citibank. 11 Jun 2015
