I am totally disappointed with the bad and poor service of Cleartrip customer care. I planned a trip with my friends and booked through Cleartrip. Cleartrip company booked a very cheap hotel for us. The staff of the hotel was so rude and not helpful. I found that Cleartrip provided so cheap services to customers. When I told to Cleartrip customer care about it, then they tried to make an excuse. I booked tickets from Cleartrip for my family. After two days, due to some reasons I cancelled all tickets. But the company did not refund my amount. I called to Cleartrip customer care and logged my complaint. I also dropped a mail to Cleartrip customer care, but I did not get any revert from them. I have made a trip booking through Cleartrip Company, when I call to customer care about the confirmation of my booking. They refused me that there is no booking from your name. I gave them my trip id but they refused me again. I made my all payment through my debit card when I booked this trip online. Now they did not refund my money. I had got the code by sms for that to use while booking....... But i have lost those two sms from my phone.....
