Subject: Complaint regarding Mr Mayank Dewan

I Dheeraj kumar Gupta s/o Hukumchand Gupta ,VPO Rambha ,District Karnal,Haryana wants to say that i applied for a home loan of Rs 80,23,000 from your finance company DHFL which was sanctioned by Mr Mayak Dewan ,Branch Manager from Yamunanagar,Haryana, Employee id -1004922.My application number is 01375975.First the registrie of my house is to be done on 25-10-2016 but due to some reasons it was postponed .I told all this things to Mr Mayank on 24-10-2016.But i was surprised when i got a message from my bank that a amount of Rs 26,509 has been debited from my account as interest even i didn't get any amount in my account.He had also taken Rs 46,000 as the processing fees by saying that he had taken approval that this fees will be refunded.He didn't gave me even the fee receipt.Mr Mayank simply misguide me.The registrie could be done possibly at the end of November.
