DHL Express is a very bad logistic company because last month when I send a gift to my mother who lives in Bangalore the parcel was delivered after eight days. During that time I called more than ten times to the customer care of DHL Express and asked about my parcel, they always made different excuses and ignore me. DHL courier services are not a good service provider in Mumbai. Last Monday I send the important documents through Dhl express customer care. My shipment No. is AWB 5242661900. I have uploaded the KYC document(Adhar card).But I have been receiving the mressage that details of document do not match with shipment receiver details. In thia connection I need to explain that though my postal address is Nalasopara west my house is nearer to Virar west. Therefore for courier purpose I mention Virar west so that courier man can come easily to my house for delivery. Morrover my name, village name Atoli, Arra name Nanbhat ,and pin code 401203 tallies with the shipment receiver details. In other documents such as passport ,voter ID, Pancard address is same as given in Adhar card. I request you to deliver my shipment or inform me what is the option.
