Chandresh Mathur 21 Nov 2014 We are looking for a provider who could pick-up from multiple locations and deliver on multiple locations too. For e.g. the first consignment could be from location A to be delivered to location B. however, the 2nd assignment could be from location C to be delivered to location D.
This is to be delivered within 4-5 hours and within Delhi NCR only. Volumes could be in the range of 10000 a month. In case this is a workable service with you, please revert with a price. The delivery consists of envelops or small assignments.

I tried to contact to your customer care service so many times but they are not solving this issue they only say that they will initiate my case and also provide some local contact numbers to communicate which never pick up my calls. So, you are requested to give me concrete reason why you are keeping my item at your hub undelivered for almost a month? Please at least reply me or call me back.

TO MY HORROR , IT WAS NOTICED THAT THE PHONE ALONG WITH CHARGER HAS BEEN REMOVED AND OTHER ITEMS DELIVERED .I HAVE MADE A COMPLAINT BY E-MAIL TO THE LOCAL OFFICE BUT DESPITE REPEATED CALLS AND REMINDERS NO REPLY IS FORTHCOMING .
LOCAL OFFICE REFUSES TO GIVE PHONE NO. OF SENIOR OFFICIALS . LANDLINES ARE CONTINUOUSLY BUSY . CAN I HOPE FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE OR SHOULD I LODGE A FIR WITH POLICE ?
