I ordered an HTC Touch Pro2 from the Deals and You. Some days it works well, but within a few months it started creating a problem with its charger. It always shows that charge not supported and battery not completely charged. So I called customer care to check the product. They registered my complaint. Hi, my name is Akash and I am going to share my bad experience about Deal and You. Last time I booked a tour package from this company, which committed to visit 20 locations anytime in India. When I called customer care and requested them to made my next day tour to Chennai. In reply they told me that Chennai was not added in the offer, which you purchased. Hello, its Pankaj Sharma from Mumbai and I purchased a Micromax mobile form Deal and You. After opening the packet I found that the charger was broken. I called customer care to replace this. They registered my complaint and replaced this within two days. So I like this and suggest everyone. 26 Jun 2015
