Very Very poor service. Dissaster 23 Jan 2013

Sir,I am a central Govt. employee currently employed as inspector of customs, Ahmedabad. My consumer no is 615791. My gas service is suspended due to not taking gas cylinder for three months regularly. I have submitted my address change form duly filled with necessary documents like rent agreement and copy of my ID, et as proof on 20.10.2012. Manager Shri Bharat Patel has said that it will take at least 15 days to continue my services. He said that we will forward your request to Hyderabad with other similar request at a single time. I have requested him that both my cylinder has been consumed and I will ever grateful to him for early disposal of my request as regulary I am taking my meal outside. Sir Is this system for forwarding my request to Hyderabad more comlicated and time taking that it will take a duration of 15 days.Sir, 10 days have already been passed and my reuest has not been processed.it is my humble request to do needful,I will be highly grateful for yr kind favour.
