I have been suffering from knee joint pain and stiffness that is called Osteoarthritis on my both knees from the last 8 years. I feel pain and stiffness while climbing up and down of the staircase and during walking time and it is very difficult to get up from a sitting position. I have taken homeopathic, and Ayurvedic medicines but it doesn't help me. I have used some supplements from America that is called "Osteo Bi Flex Triple strength" and “Now Bone Strengths" supplements but I don't get any result and pain and stiffness is increasing.
