Very disappointed service in the second visit when there is no improvement on my face skin I just went to the clinic to discuss the issue and don't want any treatment further. The girl sitting in the reception said you have to pay 400/- else doctor will confirm what to do. The whole 2 times visit was very dissatisfied and the way the receptionist behave when I told her that I just want to speak to the doctor that the treatment is not working and just to let her see my face, she said but you have to pay the amount. That is all very bad service, if the patient is not satisfied with the previous treatment then why should we have to pay the amount. 24 Dec 2015
