Dr Phadnis is a good doctor. His diagnosis is always right and the medicines prescribed by him often ensure that the kid start feeling good in short time. The appointment system is cumbersome and the reception staff is highly inefficient in managing the patients and hence often people end up spending hours in clinic. While doctor Phadnis is a good doctor he lacks human element. He completely fails to understand the apprehensions/concerns of mothers (especially first time mothers who ask questions) and replies arrogantly to the extent of insulting them. My advice to the doctor would be that while he may know well about his field of medicine, how he would feel if someone insults him saying he has no brain if he doesn't understand basic legal things (law) or something related to technology world. 03 Jan 2017
