I have a parcel from infibeam to be dropped by Ecom at Jewel, Jammu. It was supposed to be dropped to me at 24Aug2015. But Ecom neither emailed me, nor contacted me on my number. It’s been 2nd time that I had a bad experience with Ecom (Jammu). You are supposed to contact me, but even after putting my efforts to get my parcel. I haven’t got it! My shipment order no. was 729829221. Now I contacted infibeam, they said Ecom found addressee "Not available". This is too much, you didn’t even call me once to get the order delivered and how can you say I am not available. 06 Sep 2015

Today I received a MSG not any call n the MSG is that ur order frm ecom express your will delivered today n after sometime I received MSG your address is unlocatable..I don't know wats going on.. plzz redeliverd my order n make sure thee call me before out for delivery.. my nmbr is 9717381216

You and your delivery boy is not doing well ..your delivery boy is not able to deliver customer product as mentioned in the address on the courier packet. He is saying that i dont have much petrol in my bike and company is not paying my salary to me so why i will come to your address if you want your product so u have to come where i want. This is totally wrong by you and you have hired irresposible person in your company...they are making bad reputation of your compay in the market. Kindly check and call me on mentioned ph. No.
