Air waybill number 165580830, order number FCMA4829174 from Snapdeal. The delivery person has made false update "consignee not available" whereas I personally was waiting for the whole day for the parcel at my office. I have contacted Snapdeal also in this regard and registered my dissatisfaction on the falsehood of the courier company and their delivery persons. The address printed on the parcel contains my cell number also, but the said person even did not bother to call me. Such false and fraud activities obviously defame the reputation of Snapdeal also. I want the parcel delivered tomorrow. 03 Sep 2016
