Sir can u please let me know why r u cutting the electricity in night for 2or 3 hrs untimely. Without any foggy reasons. Modi says to make arrangements for 24hr electricity. And u r doing opposite of that. Give me the reasons.

sir ,
I am staying at govt accomodation 136/31A chandigarh. electric meter of my qtr was defective from june 2018 till 14 jun 20.I had done several times complaint earlier , but no any action was taken . on 15 jun 20 on my own payments my qtr meter was changed by electy. op sub div_5 and told me now onwards you will get bill as per your meter reading.
Today I got again flat bill of 2779 bill date 18jul20 , mentioning my meter is defective. God knows sir who has came for meter reading and continously I am getting flat bill of 780unit which i am not using as i am staying alone in my qtr and doing 10-12 hours duty at my organization.
Sir plz do the needful action before due date of payments and same intimate to me also as soon as possible . for this I will always thankfull to you .
