Dear Yamaha, I want to share my experience of service at em-pee motors (177 h industrial area phase 1 Chandigarh) of my Yamaha Pb 12 q -4547. I had send my bike fzs model 2013 for servicing with my cousin when I asked him for the estimate then he put the service advisor Mr. Deepak on phone to misbehaved me first and then disconnected the call. Then again I told my cousin to put him on line but he refused to speak to me. Then I personally visited the dealership where the service advisor Mr. Deepak who was attending the motorcycle then he arguing with me and shouting on me like anything. After that he told me that he will not be doing the servicing of my bike and told me to leave there dealership. He treating with me like that he is the owner of em pee motor Yamaha another one boy (Mr. Rohit) was there who was requesting to me for the service but that guy told to me so many times leave the workshop. The after sale service provided by you guys is worst. I regret on my decision to purchase bike from your outlet. Every time I visit your workshop I come out with new problems. Your mechanics are very careless and very unprofessional. You people claim to provide quick repair jobs in 30 minutes is a total bull shit. And I don’t understand how you people get so many awards for customer satisfaction. I was there on Friday for the renewal of my insurance which requires a chassis print and when I asked to give me a print of that the guy named Rohit asked me to wait for 2 hours. Now what happened next is the guy who opened my bike forgets to pack it completely for which I have to visit there again. Moreover this is not happening for the first time. After my first service I found my coolant was leaking so I visited there again, after my second service they didn't packed the bike correctly so I have to visit them again all your promises and claims are false very upset. 09 Aug 2015
