Bought a LED TV last year from esquire electronics Meerut in Rs 36000, warranty expired last month now screen started showing blank suddenly. Samsung service center says I need to change screen which will cost 15000. They also said its rare case. Usually it doesn't happen in such a short span time TV has voltage stabilizer installed to avoid any fluctuations. I called Esquire electronics and they simply said we sold so we can't do anything. I feel like cheated looks like this dealer is selling faulty TVs. I invested 36000 and within year now I have dumb box lying at my house. My request never buys LED from this dealer. 05 Aug 2015
