At the recommendation of my doctor, I purchased Essilor Crizal lenses. I paid two thousand rupees for the pair of lenses. The quality of these lenses is so good and I got one year guarantee on the purchase of these lenses. I faced some problems while I fix it in my eyes, so I called to Essilor customer care and they understood me how to fix it in the eyes. I am so happy with the purchasing of Essilor lenses and the Essilor customer care service is very good. 13 Jul 2015

I had purchased a pair of Essilor lenses for me from Himalaya Optics New Delhi. Within a few days, I saw a scratch on the lenses. I contacted to Essilor customer care center and told them my problem and asked them the replacement of my lenses. But the executive of the office denied the replacement. I do not suggest Essilor lenses to anyone, so poor and worst Essilor customer care services provided by the company. 13 Jul 2015
