In spite of several complaints and request for service for water purifier, no response from the Service agents or customer care center. For renewal of service contract, I am getting messages promptly. It is putting hardship to customers wasting money, time and we have to depend upon other method to have drinking water. As per service contract quarterly service has to be done but none of them call or come for service.
