This letter is in regard with Maruti showroom dealer M/s Fair deal showroom, Sahibabad industrial area Ghaziabad. Myself have bought a Maruti wagon R CNG model on 21st December from Mr Yogesh Dhaama (salesman). After daily following up repeated requests, I have not been handed over my important documents like RC and permit. Almost one and half months have passed and I am not able to drive my car without necessary documents. It seems that this showroom isn't following your sales and customer relationship tactics and destroying your name. I have a strong feeling that they need some bribe sort of thing to get it done.
